We have built docks on numerous lakes, including Lake Hartwell, Lake Keowee, Lake Jocassee, Lake Secession, Lake Greenwood, and Lake Thurmond. We are one of the largest marine contractors in the Southeast, serving a wide range of locations.

Yes, we offer our vast experience and knowledge of your lake’s permitting process. We help ensure that all necessary permits are obtained for your dock construction.

We engineer each dock to withstand the specific elements of its property location. Our rigorous testing, high-quality materials, and expert craftsmanship ensure that our docks are durable and long-lasting.

Steel docks are recognized for their strength and durability, making them ideal for heavy traffic areas and commercial use. Conversely, aluminum docks are lightweight, corrosion-resistant, and require minimal maintenance, including no need for painting, making them ideal for residential and recreational applications.

Steel docks require regular maintenance to prevent rust and corrosion, including periodic painting and inspections. Aluminum docks need minimal maintenance as they naturally resist rust and corrosion.

Aluminum docks are often preferred for residential lake properties due to their low maintenance needs, lightweight nature, and resistance to corrosion.

We use high-quality aluminum and steel for our dock constructions. Our aluminum docks are handled, stored, and welded in a dedicated facility, while our steel docks are fabricated in a separate facility designed specifically for steel welding and fabrication.
